1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1can reduced fat cream of celery soup
1 cup mushrooms (canned or fresh)
1/2 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups uncooked rice (I use white)
ground mustard
minced garlic
celery salt
pepper

Here is how you make Chicken Mushroom Rice:

Combine chicken broth, cream of mushroom & celery soups, mushrooms, onion, frozen vegetables, and rice in large bowl. Season to taste (I like to use ground mustard, minced garlic, celery salt, pepper and a little extra minced/dehydrated onion). Pour into baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour.
