Here is how you make Chicken, Rice and Broccoli Skillet Meal:

Cook rice according to instructions on bag to make 4 cups cooked rice. Set asideIn a skillet place 3 chicken breasts with enough water to cover breasts. Boil chicken on high until water is nearly evaporated and chicken in done in the middle of the breast. Dice chicken and place in a skillet with 2 t. of Smart Balance Butter. Lightly brown chicken. Set to side. While chicken is cooking, steam broccoli and pepper bag. After vegatble is steamed, layer this on top of the chicken, and than layer the rice in the skillet. Poor thined cream of chicken soup, spices and cheese on top of rice and gently fold all ingredients together. Place mixture on medium heat and continuing to fold occasionally until dish is bubbling around the edges and hot in the middle. About 15 min. Serves about 6 - 1 1/2 c servings.
