In a microwavable dish (I use a large measuring cup) add all the ingredients for the sauce except the flour, heat in microwave for 1 minute - stirring 1 time half way through. Now add the flour and mix together until all is incorporated.Saute the chicken in a very hot and large skillet with the peanut oil and crushed red pepper flakes until almost cooked through, about 4 minutes (depending on how big your strips are) then add the veggies and finish stir frying until veggies are cooked.
