1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips - or whichever color you like
1 Tblsp. Olive Oil
Pam Olive Oil Spray
1 cup prepared McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
Mrs. Dash (table blend) to taste

Boil brown rice (this may take about 45 mins. so START THIS FIRST)Season chicken with Mrs. Dash and brush with Olive oil. Place chicken in skillet on stove top and cook both sides. Add 1 clove minced garlic to pan about half-way through cooking. Remove chicken from skillet and keep drippings (there won't be very much in the bottom....it's mostly for the left-over olive oil and garlic.Chop all veggies and add to skillet. Spray top of veggies with Pam Olive Oil and mix.
