Here is how you make Chili Chicken and Brown Rice:

In large skillet, cook poultry in hot oil about 2 minutes per side; remove andset aside. In the same skillet, cook onion, pepper and garlic until tender butnot brown. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, broth, uncooked rice,and hot pepper sauce. Bring to biling; remove from heat and spoon mixturein a 12x7x2 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture. Bakecovered for 30-35 minutes or until rice is done. Sprinkle with cheese. Letstand, uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
