*1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Herb Soup (or similar, my mom uses Cream of Mushroom)
*1 1/2 cups of water (less if you like firmer rice)
*1 cup of rice (I like to use Jasmine)
*1 tsp salt
* 8x8 or 9x9 glass casserole dish

Here is how you make Creamy Rice and Chicken Bake:

1) Grease the casserole dish using Pam or similar; preheat oven to 350.2) Mix together water, soup, and salt; add rice evenly over the bottom of the dish.3) Lay chicken breasts on top of rice and soup mixture.4) Foil.5) Bake until chicken temperature is 160 (cooked), about 1 1/4 hour.Makes 4 servings if you used 2 chicken breasts.
