16oz Frozen green peas

How Do I Make Cuban Chicken and Yellow Rice?

Here is how you make Cuban Chicken and Yellow Rice:

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Cut cooked Chorizos sausage into small pieces. In large pot, add chicken broth in lieu of water for rice. Bring to a boil. Add rice and seasonings, salt and pepper and cook for 1 min. on boil. Then add chicken, pimento, sausage, peas. Bring back to boil and cover and simmer for 20-22 mins.
