0.75 cups chopped onion
2.5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cooking Spray

Here is how you make Easy and Cheap Rice, Chicken, and Beans:

1. If you have dry beans, put them in a bowl, cover them in water, and put them in the fridge. Leave for 8+ hours, or overnight, doesn't matter.2. Cover beans in water (you should have 1 inch of water above the beans) and cook. Bring beans to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. This will take 45-60 minutes if you are cooking pre-soaked beans, so just keep an eye on it while you prepare the rest of your food.2. Chop onions.3. Cook rice in rice cooker. When there are two minutes left, take out the rice, put the onions in, then cook for the rest of the time.4. While everything else is cooking, spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray. Heat garlic until it starts to smell delicious. Cut excess fat off of chicken, rub it with red pepper, and cook.5.
