1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup-undiluted
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
3 slices bacon
4 whole skinless chicken breasts (or any chicken parts)
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms


How Do I Make Forgotten Chicken and Rice?

Here is how you make Forgotten Chicken and Rice:

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, liption onion soup mix, and 1 1/2 cups water. Cut up the three slices of bacon into thirds and spread out in a 9x13 pan and spread the rice evenly over the bacon. Pour 1/3 of the soup mixture over this. Lay chicken on top of that and pour the remaining soup mix over that. Add mushrooms on top and cover securely with foil. Put in 350*oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
