Spray saute pan with butter flavor spray. Brown the chicken breast on both sides in an "oven proof" saute pan on high heat until a nice golden brown crust forms on each side. Remove chicken from heat and set aside. Chicken should not be cooked all the way through at this stage. Using a rice cooker (or sauce pan) cook rice. While rice is cooking place chicken in oven at 350 with lid on pan for 5-10 minutes depending on thickness of chicken pieces. Chicken should be spongy to firm when pressed in center; NOT stiff.
