1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
2 8 oz packages of mushrooms
1 cup of chicken broth
4 servings of brown rice. (1 XL boil in bag)
2 cloves of garlic
8 oz package of broccoli florets.

Here is how you make Healthy Chicken and Rice with Mushrooms and broccoli:

In a skillet, saute the garlic cloves in a small amount of olive oil or olive oil flavored cooking spray and set aside.Cut chicken breasts into equal size pieces and dust with pepper and garlic powder. Brown chicken in skillet with oil left from the garlic saute. Once chicken is brown on both sides remove from skillet and set aside.Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and add black pepper and crushed sage. Saute until the mushrooms start to give up moisture. Add chicken back to the skillet.Measure chicken broth in a 2 c measure and add cream of chicken soup and wisk to combine. Add this mixture to the skillet to cover the chicken and the mushrooms. Stir carefully and add more a little more black pepper and sage. Cover and allow to simmer.Prepare brown rice according to the package. Remove the bag from the water and add the broccoli to the water for about 4 minutes or until the broccoli is to the desired tenderness.To serve, add 1/2 c of rice to a bowl.
