1 Tsp. Garlic & Pepper
1 Tsp. Lemon & Pepper
1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Cups. Mozzarella Cheese


How Do I Make Heidi's Cheesy Chicken and Rice Veggie Casserole?

Here is how you make Heidi's Cheesy Chicken and Rice Veggie Casserole:

Take saucepan and boil 3 small chicken breast with bone and skin. While that is boiling for 30 minutes.In Medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp. margaine or butter and contents of Sides Plus Roasted Chicken Rice 1 package to a boil. Stir. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 Minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand about 2 minutes. Stir.Use caseroll pan with cover.Put rice in caseroll pan. Add 1 Cup chopped Red Peppers, 1 cup onions chopped and 1 cup frozen carrots and peas. Stir. Add Italian Season to rice mixture. Add 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese. Dry Chicken. Take 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 tsp lemon seasoning, 1 tsp. garlic seasoning and 1 tsp italian seasoning in bowl with cover. Take 1 piece of chicken at a time and put in bowl and shake until chicken is covered with mixture. Do to the other two pieces of chicken breast. Take all the chicken breasts and lay on top of rice in casserole dish. Bake for 30 Minutes at 425. Take casserole out and add remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup bread crumbs and sprinkle of top of chicken. Bake for another 15 minutes.
