Here is how you make Huli Huli Chicken:

Soak 4 chicken thighs and 4 chicken drumsticks in 2 cups soy sauce, 2 cups water, 1 T sesame oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 T minced ginger for 1 hour or up to 8 hours. To increase flavor of garlic and ginger, saute for 30 sec before adding to liquid. Remove chicken and pat dry.Arange chicken skin side up on grill- 25-30 min. Turn onceand grill another 25 min.
