1: Cut breast into 1/2" strips2: In bag mix flour, salt and pepperAdd chicken and shake to coat lightly. Remove chicken and save excess seasoned flour3:Heat 1 tlsp oil in larg skillet, meadium heat. Add chicken and brown on one side 5 minutes, add 1 tlsp oil, turn chicken and brown well on the second side, about 5 minutes longer. Remove chicken to a plate, set aside.4: Coardsely chop onion. Add 1 tlsp margarine to skillet. Add onoin and cook, strring, until softened 2 to 3 minutes.5:Stir in reserved seasoned flour and cook, strring until flour is incorporated, about 1 minute.6: Addbroth, 2 tlsp lemon juice, thyme and bring mixture to a boil, strring constantly.7: Return chickento the skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and cover skillet. Cook until chickenis tender and opaque throughout, about 5 minutes.8: Prepare rice as per instructions on package.9: Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Steam broccoli in vegetable steamer until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. Serve with margarine.10: Divide rice on 3 plates making bed for chicken. Spoon 1/3 the chicken onto plate of rice.
