1 pkg (10 oz) froxen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T butter or margarine
2 c diced cooked chicken
1/2 c chopped green onions
4 eggs
1 c skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 c (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

Here is how you make Liza's Cheesy Chicken and Rice:

Combine rice & broccoli; spoon into a greased 12/x8x2 in baking dish. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Add chicken & green onions; spoon over rice mixture. Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper; pour over all. Sprinkle with one cup cheese. Spread soup over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 mins.
