1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbs teryaki sauce

Shred carrots, chop scallions, and cut up chicken.Get peas out of freezer to thaw.In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute chicken, carrots & scallion together until chicken is cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside. Crack egg into skillet and gently "scramble".Add chicken mixture back into skillet.Add rice, remaining 2 scallions, peas, soy sauce and teryaki sauce.
