Lightly brown chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and onions in a no-stick saute pan. Place rice, and veggies in a Pam-sprayed 8 x12-inch baking dish. Mix broth with cream of chicken soup and pour over rice/veggies. Sprinkle with half the rosemary Lay chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
