Here is how you make Molly's Baked Chicken and Rice:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread rice in bottom evenly. Pour 1 can of chicken broth over rice. Let stand while you mix soup and 2nd can of broth with wire wisk. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle desired amount of spices on top of chicken. Pour half of soup mixture over chicken. Half way through baking take out and baste with remaining soup mixture. You may not use it all, I don't. Serves 8Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MSROTHOVE.
