How Do I Make Nicks Chicken?

Here is how you make Nicks Chicken:

Start cooking rice first. {repare the rest of the meal while rice is cooking. Start with a wok and put enough olive oil to completely cover the bottom. Add garlic, peppers, and onion. Then add chicken strips. Add pinch of salt and pepper and about 1/2 tbsp mrs. dash original seasoning and 1/4tbsp mrs. dash lemon pepper seasoning. Cook until chicken in cooked all the way through on medium heat. Mix with rice and enjoy.P.S. Amounts of olive oil, salt, pepper, and mrs. dash seasoning are guesses. Not really sure how much I actually use when I make this. Will try to measure actual amounts next time I make it.
