Heat oil in pan/pot. Cook onions until just soft, add chicken and keep cooking until white. Add garlic, worceshire sauce, salt and pepper and continue to cook until chicken is lightly brown. Add tomatoes, sauce and frozen veggies. Continue heating until veggies are cooked. While veggies are cooking, cook rice according to directions. Serve sauce on rice. Makes 4 servings.
