Here is how you make Oven Baked Chicken and Rice:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pyrex with non-stick cooking spray. Add rice. Fill with water for rice to water ratio. Add crumbled bullion cube. Place chicken on top of rice. Spread condensed soup over chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover with foil. Cook in oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until moister is gone. Remove the foil the last 10 minutes of so if you'd like your chicken browned a bit.
