Heat until boiling. Stir. Place lid on pot and cook for 12 minutes. Do not lift lid or stir. After 12 minutes, turn off heat and leave pot on burner for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, fluff rice with fork.In the meantime, combine soup and milk and stir until smooth (add more milk for a thinner sauce).
