Serving Size:?makes 4 large servingsStart cooking rice.Cut chicken into 1/2" sized cubes or 1/4" strips.Cook chicken in non-stick frying pan without any oil until well done and set aside.Drain Rice and set aside.Cook all of the diced vegtables in the non-stick frying pan with the water until almost done (should still be slightly firm). Add in the cooked rice, chili powder, onion and garlic and cook until all the water is gone.Add in the chicken and cook until all is very hot.Divide into four equal servings and place 1/4 Cup of cheese on each serving.Enjoy!
