~ 4 cups of Instant White Rice
~ 4 cups of Water
~ 6 Chicken Tenderloins, cubed or strips
~ 1 cup Green Peppers, diced
~ 1 can of Baby Corn, drained
~ 8 oz. of Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
~ 1/8 cup of Onions, diced (optional)
~ Soy Sauce or Teriyaki... to taste (optional)
~ 1 tbs. of Olive oil
~ 1 tsp. butter


How Do I Make Rice with Chicken and Veggies?

Here is how you make Rice with Chicken and Veggies:

First, slice and dice all of your veggies and put in a pan on the stove. Add the baby corn and a dash of soy sauce or teriyaki (again to YOUR taste..) and turn on LOW. You dont want to over cook it!! :)Then cube up your chicken and put in a pan with the olive oil. Add a dash of soy sauce or teriyaki (again to YOUR taste.. this is optional as well). Turn the stove on medium and let the chicken cook and brown a little bit. (About 10 minutes.) Then add the chicken to the veggies.In a separate pot pour the 4 cups of water and a tsp. of butter and let that boil. When that is boiling add the instant rice, take off of heat and cover. Let that sit 5-7 minutes and then fluff with a fork.Then you are ready to eat!! Scoop some rice on to your plate and then spoon on the chicken and veggies!! :) ENJOY!!!!
