Pan sear and brown chicken in slices, onions, and Country Crock...adding a little broth here and there for moisture...take chicken out...shred with fork...leave drippings in skillet (i use a 5qt jumbo skillet, so all can be added back in one pot)... Cook rice seperately...almost to done...add to chicken dripping and fold in shredded chicken...cover and place in I've at 350? for 30 to 40 minutes.
