1 c. long-grain white rice

4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Here is how you make Sure-to-Please Chicken:

Spray large skillet with Pam. Brown outside of chicken, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients EXCEPT green beans and Velveeta. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook 20-30 minutes until chicken and rice are done. Add additional water if needed during cooking. Add green beans and Velveeta. Stir and cook until beans are heated through and cheese is melted (or turn off heat and let sit, covered, for five minutes without stirring). Stir and serve.
