This is for 6 people.Mix tandoori spice into yogurt in a large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to marinate while preparing other parts of meal.Start BBQ and start boiling water for rice. When you put the rice, turn down to low and cover and put the chicken on.BBQ chicken on medium and turn frequently (someone else doing this helps). Start a wok or pot with a small amount of water in it to cook broccoli for 5 minutes and then add frozen vegetables. There will be a lot of vegetables so make it a big enough pot! Cook for about ten minutes (I usually set my table durin this time) until all vegetables are hot then transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
