Here is how you make Teriyaki Chicken and Rice:

Heat oil, Brown sliced Onions in oil, Cut chicken into cubes, add chicken to browned onions and brown the chicken over medium high heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, a pinch of curry powder and ginger.. when browned to nice color, add chicken or beef broth (whichever you have on hand). Add a dash of cooking sherry. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
