1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce, reduced-sodium
1/2c Campbell's Chicken Broth, reduced-sodium

Here is how you make Yum Yum Chicken Fried Rice:

Serving Size: 1 cup*Assuming you have leftover: chicken/turkey and rice1) Dice up your carrots, onions, celery, and bell pepper. I prefer small pieces. I cut the broccoli to be little spears (not chopped). You can use all fresh or frozen or a mixture.2) Pour sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tsp sesame seeds and garlic. Let cook until fragrant (about 1 min), stir occasionally.3) Add carrots, onion, broccoli, celery, bell pepper, and 1 tbsp Kikkoma soy sauce [reduced sodium]. Stir and cover food until a bit tender but still rather crisp (about 7 min). Stir occasionally.4) Add cooked and shredded leftover chicken breast (or turkey). Add leftover brown rice. Pour in the 1/2c Campbell's chicken broth [reduced sodium] and 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce [reduced sodium]. Add peas. Cover and let cook until rice and chicken are warm (about 5 min for me).5) Meanwhile, pour 1/4c egg white into a small skillet and scramble.6) Add scrambled egg to chicken fried rice. Season with black pepper, parsley, remaining 2 tsp sesame seeds. Give it a stir and wha-la!
