Place chicken skin down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until skin is golden brown.Turn heat down to low. Add chicken broth and turn chicken over. Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until chicken reaches 160 degrees.Remove chicken from skillet and pour liquid into a 2 cup measuing cup.
