1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water

1 med red pepper, roasted

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic

1lb whole wheat spaghetti

Here is how you make Chicken with Sun-dried tomatoes and Roasted Red Pepper:

Roast the red pepper by rubbing with a little oil and placing on a grill until blackened (about 10 minutes). When blackened place in brown paper bag for approx. 5 minutes then rinse under cold water to remove the charred skin. Grill your chicken breasts at the same time you are roasting your pepper. Cook your pasta while grilling .Cut up your chicken, peppers and tomatoes into bite size pieces.Heat 2 Tbsp oil in pan. Add garlic and cook until soft.Add the chicken, red pepper and sun-dried tomatoes (with the water you soaked them in) to the pan. Stir until hot. Pour over pasta.
