Here is how you make Oven Roasted Chicken Wings:

Cut the wings into pieces and discard tips. Rinse and pat dry. Combine all other ingredients into a bowl, stir until well blended. Add the chicken wings. Mix with your hands until chicken wings are well coated. Assemble on cookie sheets. I use foil on my cookie sheets and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
