Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices

Place chicken breasts in a pan. Dice vegetables. Place on top of chicken and top with spices and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until chicken is done.
