How Do I Make Savory Roasted Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make Savory Roasted Chicken Thighs:

Pour Mojo marinade over chicken thighs, season with additional salt, pepper & garlic powder. Set aside. Place diced celery, sliced onion, cubed potato, sliced green pepper in the bottom of a baking dish. Place marinated chicken thighs on top of vegetables. Pour marinade in between chicken thighs, directly onto vegetables. Place aluminum foil over baking dish, cutting vents into top of foil. Cook dish in oven for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove dish from oven and remove foil.
