Tenderize/flatten chicken with meat mallot on both sides. Be careful not to pierce through the meat.Combine spices in small bowl and mash with spoon to grind into powdery mixture. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with spice mixture. Turmeric can leave yellow stains on your skin so try not to get it on wet hands.
