6 oz. chicken, sliced in half-inch by two-inch strips
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
2 1/2 c. tomato, sliced
1 pear, sliced
2 2/3 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. rosemary
1 c. chicken stock
1/8 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Chicken with Rosemary:

In nonstick saute' pan, cook chicken in oil until lightly browned. When the chicken is cooked, add yogurt, paprika, and rosemary to saute' pan and simmer 3 minutes. Mix cornstarch with chicken stock and then add to saute' pan. Simmer until a sauce forms and the mixture thickens. While the chicken and sauce are simmering, place broccoli in saucepan with enough water to cover. Cook broccoli until tender. Prepare two dinner plates by placing a bed of tomato slices on each plate, topped with cooked broccoli. Place chicken beside broccoli and tomato slices on each plate.
