1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp saffron
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
1/8 tsp cumin

Here is how you make Simmered Saffron Chicken:

Saut?e onion, red pepper and garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add cauliflower when onion starts to get translucent. Then add the chicken. Cook over high heat. Add sea salt, saffron, cajun seasoning, cumin, and broth and stir as the mixture cooks, until broth turns yellow from the saffron. Reduce heat to simmer, let simmer about 10 minutes, stirring frequently and making sure the mixture doesn't dry out. Turn to low and cook another 10 minutes.
