This is so easy to make and only takes one hour to bake. My family loves it when I make my Salad Dressing Chicken. If you marinade the chicken breasts in the salad dressing all day before baking, it is so moist and tender. You don't even have to season the chicken as it soaks up the flavor from the dressing.You may also substitute the dressing with Italian or any of the Signature Oil based dressings. 1st time I made this it was with Italian dressing.I have the serving of 3 people for 3 breasts, but I usually only have about 1/2 a breast for dinner and save the other half for my lunch the next day. Tastes great cut up into a tossed salad!

Here is how you make Baked Chicken in Salad Dressing:

Place the breasts in a baking pan and pour the Salad Dressing over top of the breasts, cover and leave in Fridge till after work. Pepper to taste, if you want to omit this or add extra seasonings its your choice, but there is lots of flavor from the Salad Dressing.Preheat oven to 325 FPlace container in oven covered with tinfoil reflective side up. Bake for about an hour. If you are using a glass dish or corning ware dish, cook a little longer than an hour as it takes longer in one of those dishes to cook thoroughly. Always make sure there is just enough room in the dish to hold the breasts and they are mostly covered with the salad dressing, otherwise the ends will be dried out and it wont taste as yummy. I will usually serve this with baked potatoes or rice and veggies for dinner, you may also cut into slices and serve warm over a green salad.
