How Do I Make Foil Chicken Pockets?

Here is how you make Foil Chicken Pockets:

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.Coarsely chop onion and slice zucchini and squash into half- rounds.Arrange chicken breast, onion, zucchini, and squash on a large sheet of foil, or in a pre-made foil pouch. Pour dressing on top. Fold up 2 ends and roll together. Close the open ends leaving some room in the pouch for air to circulate.Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. Remove from oven and cut chicken at thickest part to be sure it's cooked all the way through.We do three at a time, that's what fits on our cookie sheet.
