Skin breast and thigh and bake until done about 30/40 minutes. Dice the onion, celery, bell pepper, apple and slice the grapes, add them to the mixing bowl. Mix in a quarter cup of regular mayonnaise (substitute low-fat if desired) and a quarter cup of sour cream along with two tablespoons of sour cream. After the chicken cools, shred it and add it along with the sweet pickle relish combining well. I add some ground cardamom, onion powder salt and pepper to taste.
