1) Cube (or cut into strips) the chicken.2) Marinate the chicken in lite caesar dressing for about 20 minutes, in the refrigerator.3) Whie marinating, chop the onion and peppers.4) Put about a tablespoon of EVOO in the pan on medium heat.5) Put the onions and peppers in the pan, and cook for about 5 minutes (or until the onions just begin to brown)6) Put the chicken and marinade in the pan with the onions and peppers. Cook together until the chicken has cooked through (about 10 minutes).7) Add spices to taste.
