1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. lemon juice

Here is how you make Summer Chicken and Grape Salad:

Dissolve together lime gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice. Chill until set. (Can pour into fancy bundt-type cake dish sprayed with Pam if you want it to look nice.)Stir together separately diced chicken (can used canned chicken), grapes, light mayonnaise, celery, sunflower seeds and teaspoon lemon juice. Chill until ready to serve. Scoop out firm gelatin and arrange on serving dishes with chicken salad to serve.
