2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 cup canola mayo
2 tblsp. real lemon
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup cubed cheddar
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup dry stovetop stuffing mix


How Do I Make Warm Chicken Salad?

Here is how you make Warm Chicken Salad:

Preheat 350 degrees. Cook and cube chicken breasts. While chicken is cooking combine celery, cheddar, almonds, and water chestnuts in a bowl. In a larger bowl combine mayo, sour cream, and real lemon. Add chicken to larger bowl and mix. Slowly add in mixed smaller bowl of ingredients. Put recipe in 9x13 sprayed pan and raise temperature to 450. Put pan in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
