8 whole grain dinner rolls (approx. 35g each)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Diana's Sauce Original BBQ
1 medium onion, rough chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato
4 leaves romaine lettuce

Here is how you make Barbecue Chicken Sandwich:

1) in a medium skillet with lid, heat olive oil and cook chicken with salt and pepper to taste over medium-low heat. Keep covered until chicken is cooked through.2) remove chicken from pan and cook onion and garlic until browned. Add chicken back to pan and tear into pieces with 2 forks. Make sure it's well shredded.
