Here is how you make Chicken in Mango Sauce:

1. Fry all spices in the oil with half the garlic.2. Either puree or mash the mangoes and mix with the spices3. Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook for approx. 10 minutes.4. Meanwhile, dice chicken and saute (using PAM) along with the rest of the garlic, until opaque5.
