1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp tarragon leaves
1 packet truvia ( 2 tsp) (stevia)
1/2 C sour Cream
1 clove minced garlic or grated

Here is how you make Chicken in Orange Cream sauce:

In a plastic bag add 1/4 C flour and garlic powder, add the chicken, shaking gently until coated. Heat the butter in an electric pressure cooker on the browning setting. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on both sides, and set aside. Deglaze the pot with the white wine, scraping up all the crusty bits from the bottom. Add the orange juice, garlic orange zest, and tarragon and mix well. Add the chicken, turning once to coat, and lock the lid in place. Bring to 15 psi on high heat, and immediately reduce the heat to te lowest possible setting to stabilize and maintain that pressure, and cook for 8 minutes. Use the natural release method to depressurize. Carefully open the lid after pressure drops and transfer he chicken to a serving plate. Stir together 1/2 c sour cream , 2 tsp truvia and 1 tbsp flour and add to the juices. Simmer until thickened to desired consistency.
