• Cover large skillet in pam and then heat over medium-high heat. • When hot, add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened but not browned. • Add tomatoes and garlic (or italian seasoning) and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. • Place chicken on top of tomatoes/onions. Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.• Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
