2-3 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp margarine divided (2 and 2)
1/4 cup onion
1/4 lb mushrooms sliced
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley (can substitute dried if needed)
1 cup white wine

Here is how you make Chicken in Wine Sauce:

In medium skillet melt 2 tbsp margarine,Mix flour, salt and pepper,Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture and cook until brown on both sides.Push to side of skillet. Add 2 more tbsp margarine, saute onions and mushrooms until 1/2 done. Mix chicken and vegetables.Add parsley.Pour wine over everything and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. If necessary can add water during cooking. Makes 4 4 oz servings.
