1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes (no salt added)
2 8oz cans tomato sauce (no salt added)
9 dry lasagna noodles
6oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Chicken Lasagna w/ Homemade Sauce:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Remove onion and garlic from pan; cook chicken in pan until done (should be about 12oz cooked). Replace onion and garlic into pan. Add spices, brown sugar, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 5-8 minutes or until al dente; drain. Lay noodles flat on towels, and blot dry.3. Layer 1/3 of the noodles on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover noodles with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles and sauce.
