1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
8 Basil Leaves, finely chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 TSP Fresh Ground Pepper
*Salt to taste
1 Cup of Cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
3 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 TBL Grated Parmesean Cheese
2 Cups of Tortellini
6 Cups of Water
***Pinches of Salt and Pepper for Chicken

Here is how you make Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce and Tortellini:

Preheat oven to 350 degreesDrizzle on TBL of Olive Oil over chicken breasts and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven and let bake 40 minutes.Place six cups of water onto boil. When at rolling boil add pasta and cook until done 10-15. Drain and cover with cold water until ready to serve.Take Basil and Garlic and put them in a food processor with 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Process until basil and garlic has been fully minced, add remaining chicken broth, parmesean and heavy whip and process until it begins to thicken, about 5 minutes. Add 1 TSP of Fresh Ground Pepper and desired amount of salt, pulse for 10 seconds, and set aside.Place saute pan on high heat and when it has become hot, add remaining 2 TBL of olive oil. Spread around and then add halved cherry tomatoes, and turn down to medium and cook until slightly carmelized.When Chicken is done, let rest 5 minutes.
